New BZ10 Dump Pump
Bezares is pleased to announce the new BZ10 Dump Pump range, now available with 4-bolt SAE B flanges with a 13-tooth shaft or ISO 7653 flange with DIN 5462 shaft.
Additionally, a Dual Pressure version is available, allowing operators to select between two different pressure levels directly from the cab by activating the high-pressure mode via pneumatic control.
Another key advantage is its reversible rotation, which helps reduce warehouse stock requirements.
The BZ10 Dump Pump supports two main operating modes:
- 2-Way Operation Mode: With the spool in the neutral position, oil recirculates internally; in the raise position, it is directed to the pressure port to lift the cylinder; and in the lower position, oil from the cylinder returns to the tank through the relief valve and suction port.
- 3-Way Operation Mode: With the spool in the neutral position, oil circulates internally and exits through the tank port; in the raise position, it is forced to the pressure port; and in the lower position, oil from the cylinder flows directly through the tank port.
Whenever possible, the 3-way mode is recommended, as it allows for the installation of a return line filter and helps reduce the working temperature of the oil, improving the overall system lifespan.
These dump pumps are specially designed for construction, agricultural, and mining applications, managing pressure and temperature to ensure smooth and consistent operation.
