Bezares boosts sustainability and enhances employee well-being with a new climate control installation at its main plant
Bezares S.A. has taken a significant step forward in its commitment to sustainability and employee well-being with the implementation of an advanced aerothermal system at its main production plant in Casarrubios del Monte (Toledo).
This new installation is designed to transform the working environment within the production facilities, ensuring optimal thermal comfort throughout the year. By replacing traditional fossil fuel-based heating systems with a modern aerothermal solution, Bezares will provide both heating in winter and cooling in summer—something that was previously not available in certain production areas. This improvement will directly enhance daily working conditions for employees, creating a more comfortable, stable, and efficient workplace.
Beyond employee comfort, the project represents a major milestone in the company’s environmental strategy. The aerothermal system will operate using electricity generated from on-site photovoltaic panels, enabling a significant reduction in CO₂ emissions and eliminating the need for fossil fuels in the plant’s climate control processes. This transition supports the decarbonization of industrial operations and reinforces Bezares’ commitment to cleaner, more responsible manufacturing.
The integration of smart control systems will further optimize energy usage, allowing the facility to automatically adjust heating and cooling based on real conditions and take advantage of surplus solar energy.
