Bezares improves its production process with a new CMZ TTL lathe
Bezares, a leading company in the manufacture of hydraulic elements, has acquired a new TTL series lathe from CMZ with the aim of improving its production. This project has been co-financed by the Center for Industrial Technological Development, E.P.E. (CDTI-E.P.E.), a Public Business Entity under the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, which promotes innovation and technological development of Spanish companies.
The CMZ TTL series lathe is a machine that has advanced features that will allow Bezares to increase its productive capacity and improve the quality of its hydraulic elements. Some of the advantages of this new technology are:
- A maximum bar diameter of up to 65 mm.
- A FAGOR 8055 CNC control system, with a high level of precision and speed in the cutting process.
- A main carriage with a forward speed of up to 10 m/min, which allows for higher production performance
- A turning capacity of up to 20,000 rpm.
In addition, the project is part of the Direct Line of Innovation (LDI) and has the IDI-220220660 with an annual date of 2022. The title of the project is “Development of a new technologically superior process for the manufacture of hydraulic elements”.
With this acquisition, Bezares is significantly improving its manufacturing capabilities and is at the forefront of innovation in its field, allowing it to offer high-quality products to its customers. With this new machinery, Bezares prodcts are better
