Bezares Strengthens Its Commitment to Quality Through the Modernization of Its Test Benches

As part of its continuous improvement commitment, Bezares has completed a major upgrade of its Power Take-Off (PTO) test bench, incorporating new hardware and software solutions that enhance testing accuracy, automation, and data analysis capabilities.
The improvements implemented include:
- Installation of a new industrial PC with enhanced performance and processing capacity.
- Development and implementation of a new test bench management software, providing more precise and comprehensive control of all testing operations.
- Easier test programming and execution.
- Advanced automation of testing processes.
- Remote management and monitoring capabilities.
- Greater visibility and recording of operating data and variables.
- Generation of more detailed and comprehensive technical reports.
These upgrades optimize both new product validation processes and production quality controls, ensuring greater repeatability and traceability throughout testing operations.
The PTO test bench modernization complements the significant improvements made in 2023 to Bezares’ hydraulic pump test bench, particularly aimed at supporting the latest generation of variable displacement piston pumps.
The upgrades carried out on the pump test bench included:
- Modification of the main valve block to increase the maximum working pressure from 340 bar to 420 bar.
- Addition of a dedicated valve block to test variable displacement pumps using a Load Sensing signal.
- Software upgrades to automate production testing of variable displacement pumps, a critical step in product validation and quality control.
Through these investments, Bezares continues to strengthen its in-house testing and validation capabilities, a key factor in ensuring increasingly reliable, precise, and high-performance hydraulic products that meet the demanding requirements of today’s hydraulic and commercial vehicle industries.
