Bezares strengthens manufacturing quality with new component cleaning equipment
Bezares continues investing in the continuous improvement of its manufacturing processes with the installation of two new industrial component cleaning systems at its Casarrubios del Monte production facility. This investment reinforces the company’s commitment to quality, safety and operational efficiency in the manufacturing of hydraulic components.
The new equipment, consisting of a spray washing machine and a high-pressure cleaning machine, optimizes the cleaning process before assembly or shipment, ensuring higher cleanliness standards while significantly improving productivity.
Greater capacity and performance with the new spray washing machine
The new spray washing machine represents a major upgrade over the previous system thanks to several technical improvements that increase both its capacity and cleaning performance.
Its 60 spray nozzles provide a much more intensive and uniform cleaning action across the entire surface of each component. In addition, the machine features a Ø750 mm basket, compared to the previous Ø500 mm version, allowing larger components or a greater number of parts to be cleaned in each cycle.
The new system also incorporates higher-performance circulation pumps together with an external filtration system, improving washing efficiency. Its 120-litre tank doubles the capacity of the previous machine, while an integrated safety interlock prevents the door from being opened during operation, providing enhanced operator safety.
Faster and more effective high-pressure cleaning
Alongside the spray washer, Bezares has also installed a new high-pressure cleaning machine designed for demanding manual cleaning operations.
The new equipment delivers adjustable cleaning pressure of up to 200 bar, four times higher than the previous 50-bar system, enabling the rapid removal of machining residues, oil and stubborn contaminants.
The machine features a piston pump, a 160-litre tank and a large parts support tray to facilitate daily operation. It also improves ergonomics through a pneumatic opening and closing system and includes an IP68-rated internal light providing 200 lux of illumination for excellent visibility throughout the cleaning process.
