Bezares SA has taken another significant step in its commitment to the environment by expanding its solar energy generation capacity. This decision, made in collaboration with Ingeniería y Aplicaciones Solares (Iasol), a company boasting over 16 years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of photovoltaic installations, underscores Bezares’ dedication to a more sustainable future.

The proposed self-consumption photovoltaic solar installation of 598.95 kWp is not just a technological advancement but also a testament to ecological responsibility. This installation will enable Bezares to self-consume 67.91% of the generated energy, accounting for 35.04% of the company’s total consumption. This significant move will reduce the company’s CO2 emissions by 196.15 tons annually, equivalent to planting 1175 trees.

Beyond emission reduction, the photovoltaic installation will also contribute to decreasing the reliance on non-renewable energy sources. With 1089 GCL modules of 545 Wp each and 5 INGETEAM inverters of 100 kW, the infrastructure is designed for efficiency and longevity, with an estimated lifespan of 25 years.

With this new initiative, Bezares SA not only aims to improve its carbon footprint but also to inspire other companies to adopt similar measures. It’s a stride towards a greener future and a testament to Bezares’ commitment to the planet.
