Bezares Valves and Distributors

Bezares Valves and Distributors

The efficiency and safety of hydraulic systems depend on precise components that manage flow, pressure, and machinery movement. Below is a detailed overview of the various valve solutions designed to optimize performance and ensure circuit protection.

Distributor and Tipping Valves: Control of Lift and Descent

Bezares designs and manufactures several models specifically for tipper control, adapted to different flow rates and actuation types (pneumatic, mechanical, or electric).

High and Medium Flow Models (Pneumatic/Mechanical)

These distributors are intended for demanding applications, offering proportional open-center or closed-center units with robust safety features.

  • 180 L/min Distributor/Valves:
Designed for high-flow applications, they handle a maximum pressure of up to 400 bar. Available as proportional open-center or closed-center models with two lowering speeds (fast and slow). They can include pressure relief valves with a compensated range selector. A new 180 L model features a double tank return function. Versions with pneumatic selectors are available, allowing pressure range selection from the vehicle cabin.
  • 150 L/min Distributor/Valves:
These distributors also offer proportional open-center or closed-center configurations with two lowering speeds. They include an adjustable pressure relief valve up to 350 bar, a check valve, and can incorporate an optional operating pressure switch. End-of-stroke actuation is available via puller or push button. Manual selector versions for two or three pressure ranges are available, as well as pneumatic selector models with two pressure ranges.
  • 70 L/min Distributor/Valves:
Designed for moderate flow rates, these valves are also proportional or closed-center with two lowering speeds. They allow pressure adjustment up to 350 bar and include a check valve and mechanical end-of-stroke via puller.

Lightweight Aluminum Tipping Valves

Another Bezares option includes valves made with aluminum bodies — economical, lightweight, and easy to install.

  • BZAL Models:
Available in two flow versions (100 L/min and 150 L/min), working at a maximum pressure of 180 bar. Installation is flexible — they can be mounted in-line (with end-of-stroke) or directly onto the tank via base plate.

Electric Tipping Valves (Light and Medium Vehicles)

For smaller vehicles or those requiring electric control, specific 40 L/min solutions are available.

  • Electric Distributors (BZDE 40):
With a maximum flow of 40 L/min, these models (available in 12V and 24V) are designed for light- and medium-duty vehicles. They allow tipping speed regulation, including optional descent adjustment via throttling washer. Can be mounted directly on Bezares oil tank ranges.
  • Electric Descent Valves (BZVE 40):
These adjustable descent valves operate in open- or closed-center circuits. They feature a safety valve, adjustable pressure up to 250 bar, and a maximum flow of 40 L/min.

Flow Control Valves

  • Rear Door Opening Valve:
Specially designed for unloading heavy materials such as stones. Its sequential function first opens the rear gate, then starts tipping, preventing the load from hitting the gate. Operates via a hydraulic cartridge activated by pressure differential, with a 120 L/min flow rate and a maximum pressure of 210 bar.

Flow Control and Diversion

These valves manage the direction, volume, or precise division of hydraulic flow.

Flow Regulators

  • One-Way Throttle Valve:
A simple and efficient one-way flow regulator with a maximum flow of 25 L/min and a pressure limit of 210 bar.
  • Compensated Flow Regulator:
A 3-way compensated regulator including a manual selector for adjustment. Maximum flow is 90 L/min, operating at 210 bar.

Priority Flow Divider

  • 3-Way Divider with Knob:
Allows feeding two hydraulic circuits from a single pump. A 3-way priority divider with manual flow adjustment. Models available for 40 L/min and 70 L/min, with a maximum pressure of 250 bar.

Diverter and Selector Valves

  • Pneumatic Diverter Valve:
Used for circuit selection, this valve allows pneumatic actuation from the vehicle cabin. Designed for high pressure (up to 350 bar), with maximum flows of 150 or 180 L/min, requiring 7–10 bar air pressure to operate.
  • 3-Way Constant-Opening Valve:
Steel construction for very high-pressure operation (up to 500 bar). Available in three main sizes, handling maximum flows of 60 L/min, 100 L/min, and 180 L/min.

Circuit Safety and Protection

Protection against overpressure or mechanical failure is essential.

Pressure Relief Valves

Their main function is to protect hydraulic circuits from overpressure, preventing severe equipment damage.

  • Standard Range:
Offers a wide adjustable pressure range from 50 to 450 bar. Available for flow rates of 80 L/min, 150 L/min, and 200 L/min.
  • Relief Valves for BE Pumps:
With an aluminum body, designed to be directly mounted on the L and XL pump series. They discharge excess pressure back into the supply line, preventing unnecessary hose wear. Maximum set pressure: 300 bar.

Bypass Valves

These valves, which include a pressure relief function, are used in systems where the hydraulic pump operates continuously.

  • FR Bypass Valves:
Specifically designed for FR pumps, featuring a maximum relief pressure of 350 bar and available in various sizes depending on the pump model (e.g., FR 40/60, FR 80/110).
  • Bypass Valves for KFA Pumps:
Integrated relief valve supporting up to 350 bar. Available in various sizes (from KFA 23/32 to KFA 107).

Safety and Flow Valves

  • Anti-Fall Valves:
Essential safety valves that prevent the tipper from falling in case of hose rupture. Available in three sizes (1”, 3/4”, and 1/2”).
  • Check Valves:
Basic hydraulic valves for flow control. Available for maximum flow rates of 75 L/min, 130 L/min, and 200 L/min, all capable of withstanding up to 350 bar.
  • Mechanical End-of-Stroke Valve:
Purely mechanical valve for cylinder position control. Available in two models, handling flows of 80 L/min and 100 L/min, with a maximum pressure of 350 bar.

Agricultural Pump Valves

  • Valves for BEL Pump:
Specialized valves for tandem installation with the BEL agricultural pump (male agricultural shaft). Include a relief valve and allow hydraulic or electric piloting. Support a maximum inlet flow of 150 L/min and a maximum pressure of 290 bar.
