Bezares continues to improve its manufacturing and logistics processes
At Bezares, we continue to invest in the continuous improvement of our production processes, introducing new tools and solutions designed to increase efficiency, accuracy and quality throughout our operations.
One of our latest improvements has been implemented in the assembly process, with the introduction of foot-operated OK confirmation switches. This system allows operators to validate each operation more quickly and conveniently, helping to speed up assembly while maintaining strict quality standards.
In addition to improving ergonomics and reducing operating times, the system enables us to record and store the tightening torque values applied during assembly, providing greater traceability and ensuring that each operation is carried out according to the required quality parameters.
We have also introduced an additional improvement in our warehouse with a new precision counting scale. By counting components based on their weight, the new equipment enables faster and more accurate inventory counts, supporting material preparation and improving overall stock control.
